If you have a county heart then this belt s for you. From lobster clasp of large hat to small detachable hat is 17" the total ength of the belt is 50 1/2"  This belt has a lobster clasp at each end. You can drape it or take it as far as the length of the belt and add. another embellishment if you wish. The small hat is detachable and can be placed any where you wish.
