Can be worn on any style heel just by  adjustng the chain. You can wear this one on either side.One side has a XO on it and the other side has Paris written on it and a word I honestly can't make out all of the letters but very pretty and has a faux pearl hangng on the end.The measurement is from the main chain so you will know how far down it hangs  The medallion is 2 1/2"h x 1 1/2" w The chain  is antique silver/black and the drop chain on each side is silver. The total length is 141/8"with a lip charm that dangles from clasp that is 7/8'L x 5/8"H.  A great piece.
