This is a beautiful piece, would look awesome with a pair of heels. Its has 8 5/8"  antique gold metal flower domes  with a small green rhinestone in the center. The med. size medallion 1 1/4 x 1 3/4"  have a greeen facest glass stone in the middle with 24 small rhinestones.around the outside.
