Very impressive piece

The focal point is a very beautiful l turquoise and gold enamel flower with a little accent of black and small rhinestones in the middle and measures 1 1/4" x 1 3/4" The chain is very unique it is open round links and the larger links have black accents on them. At the end of the change is a turquoise green faceted teardrop which measures 3/4 x 3/8"
